Abler API Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all use of Abler’s APIs, whether directly or through a third-party
product accessing Abler software. The API is provided by Abler ehf., a company
registered in Iceland with identification number 660117-0670, (the “Developer”) on an
as-is basis. The Developer makes no express or implied warranties that the API is error
free and accepts no liability for any use of the API, including but not limited to any loss of
business, loss of profits, additional expenditure, loss of goodwill, business interruption,
loss or corruption of data, or special, indirect or consequential loss.
The Developer reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to
the API if you abuse the API or make excessive requests to Abler through the API.
Determination of abuse or overuse of the API is at the Developer’s discretion.
The Developer reserves the right to cease to make the API available at any time or to
modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, access to the API, in whole or in part,
with or without notice.
The Developer reserves the right to update these API Terms from time to time. Updates
will take effect when the updated terms are posted on the Developer’s website for the
System.
