Abler Shop Terms for Organisations in UK and Other Territories

1. General terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from an Organisation through Abler (whether through the website or the app). Capitalised terms used in these Payment Processing Terms shall have the same meaning as in Abler’s Terms of Use unless otherwise specified.

In these Terms and Conditions, a person who purchases goods or services from an Organisation through Abler is referred to as the purchaser.

2. Goods and services are sold directly by the Organisation

All purchases made through Abler are made by the purchaser directly from the selling Organisation. The contract for sale is directly between the Organisation and the purchaser. The Developer is not a party to the sale and assumes no responsibility for the Organisation’s delivery or quality of the services or goods.

All services and goods sold by an Organisation are the sole responsibility of the selling Organisation. The purchaser should contact the selling Organisation directly in the event of any issues with the purchased services or goods.

The Organisation may have its own terms and conditions of sale which apply to the purchase of services and goods from the Organisation.

3. Payment and price 

Organisations are responsible for setting the price of services and goods they sell through Abler. Unless otherwise noted, all prices include VAT.

Organisations are responsible for setting the terms of payment for the services and goods that they sell, including the dates for payment and whether payments may be split.

Reimbursements of purchases are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the selling Organisation.

4. Confidential information and personal information

All credit card information in Abler is encrypted and goes directly through a certified payment processor. No credit card information is stored in Abler, only a virtual token. During checkout, the purchaser’s card number is tokenized so that it can be reused for refunds as well as future payments that are authorized by the purchaser.

All personal information processed by the Developer in relation to purchases through Abler is handled in accordance with Abler’s Privacy Policy.
